Since the Beethoven anniversary year 2020, the Hermann J. Abs Prize for the best interpretation of a work by Ludwig van Beethoven has been awarded by the jury at the national competition “Jugend musiziert”. The prize includes a concert performance of the competition programme in the Chamber Music Hall.
